We transformed a vacant retail unit into a magical Sinterklaas house — a warm, immersive space designed to spark joy for kids and parents alike. With custom graphics, cheerful styling, and a team of glowing hosts, we brought the spirit of Sinterklaas to life. From decorating “Pietenmutsen” to baking traditional treats and meeting the big man himself — this pop-up delivered full family delight, from concept to execution. A colourful, festive activation with a permanent place in memory.
